Description

This DPS is being established for the provision of works and services for the maintenance, improvement, conversion, upgrading, regeneration and refurbishment of dwelling houses, flats, sheltered schemes, sheltered accommodation, commercial and communal facilities, corporate property, and similar buildings for a period of 10 years. Kitchen/bathroom installation (including commercial catering equipment installation, repair and maintenance, supply). Electrical installations and testing. Gas installation and servicing. Roofing. Groundworks (including paving, drainage, street furniture and remodelling works, etc). Insulation and remedials (including external insulation installation and maintenance, insulation and cavity insulation clearing and reinstatement). Damp proofing/waterproofing. Window and door installations (including access, egress and fire escapes). Decorations (internal and external). M&E and building engineering services. General building (including multi-workstream projects and maintenance services). Compliance with statutory requirements (water safety, asbestos survey and removal, FRA).
