Dumfries High School - Demolition of Existing Janitors House

As part of the Phase 3 works of the Dumfries High School new build project, significant landscaping works are to be carried out on the site and as such the demolition of the Janitors House is key to allow this work to proceed. Lot 1: Dumfries & Galloway Council are looking to contract with a supplier to carry out the Demolition of the Janitors House at Dumfries High School, due to the nature of the property there will be Gas and Electricity which will need to be removed and materials disposed of properly.. Timeframe - Due to the existing Janitors House being located to the front entrance of Dumfries High School, for the safety of staff and pupils, the works are to be carried out during the Easter holidays 2025. Works to commence 31 March 2025 and be complete by 11 April 2025.
