Housing Construction, Demolition and Remediation (H3) is one of SPA’s upcoming Framework Agreements and we are looking for you to support the development of this framework via a pre-market engagement session. If you can provide works or services that are relevant to this framework, we would encourage you to attend this in-person pre-market engagement session to learn more about the depth and opportunities available. Your attendance will provide us with valuable insight guided by your expertise that will help us shape the framework to be a robust and comprehensive offering for both our partners and suppliers. The pre-market engagement workshops are a platform to voice your opinion on the structure of the framework and hear first-hand about our procurement solutions under development. At this stage, we are currently proposing the framework covers the below areas, however this is subject to change depending on the feedback received at both supplier and partner pre-market engagement sessions: Proposed Framework Scope: -New Build Housing -Modern Methods of Construction -Conversions, Extensions and Adaptations -Demolition and Site Clearance -Site Investigations and Remediation We are currently anticipating that the Invitation to Tender for this framework will be released in March / April 2026.
