Description

South East Consortium on behalf of West Kent housing association are tendering for a contractor to carry out servicing, maintenance and refurbishment services on their passenger lifts. The contract is for 5 years with a possible 5 year extension. Please note all pricing is to be inclusive of SEC Levy 1.5 % as detailed in the documents. VAT and OHP's are also detailed in the documents. The estimated budget is 70 GBP-90 000 GBP plus 150 000 GBP for possible refurbishment. The form of contract will be a JCT Measured Term 2016 (blank copy has been provided). This is subject to any amendments made by West Kent housing association. This hopefully will be provided during the tender period. Lift servicing, maintenance and refurbishment works for passenger lifts.
