The contest concerns the procurement and delivery of plastic pipes and pipe fittings. Lot 1: The contest concerns the procurement and delivery of plastic pipes and pipe fittings. Requirements for the products are stated in Annex 1 Attachment 1 - The Contracting Authority's Requirement Specifications and Description of the Tenderer's Solution. The estimated call off in the framework agreement period will be between NOK 12.5 million and NOK 17.5 million excluding VAT per annum, which is equivalent to between NOK 50 million and NOK 70 million for the entire contract period. The estimate is based on previous procurements, with consideration to the number of municipalities in SIIN. The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement during the entire contract period (including option years) is NOK 100 million excluding VAT. The scope is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. This maximum financial limit has been set in order to ensure necessary limits if the needs are greater than expected.
