Pre Market Engagement - Asbestos Analytical Surveying and Asbestos Removal & Ancillary Licensed Scaffolding (H807)

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is conducting Pre Market Engagement (PME) for (H807a) Lot 1: Asbestos Analytical & Consultancy Services and (H807b) Lot 2: Asbestos Removal & Ancillary Licensed Scaffolding. The new procurement will be delivered under two distinct Lots to reflect the specialist nature of services and ensure compliance with statutory requirements: Lot 1: Asbestos Analytical & Consultancy Services - This lot will provide analytical and consultancy services across Dudley Council’s Housing stock (approx. 21,062 properties) and Corporate Assets (schools, offices, community centres, leisure facilities, garages, etc). Lot 2: Asbestos Removal & Ancillary Licensed Scaffolding - This lot will deliver licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal services, including ancillary scaffolding, across Dudley Council’s Housing stock and Corporate Assets. The purpose of this PME is to gather market intelligence to support and inform our considerations and preparation ahead of the publication of the full Invitation to Tender (ITT), to deliver Asbestos Services across both Housing and Corporate Landlord portfolios.
