Beschaffung Microsoft Support für die Landeshauptstadt München Lot 1: Die Landeshauptstadt München (LHM) setzt Microsoft-Produkte in ihrer Verwaltung ein. Für diese Produkte benötigt die LHM umfassende Support-Services, insbesondere einen qualifizierten Second- und einen Third-Level-Support. Die von der LHM benötigten Support-Services für Microsoft Produkte werden lediglich von Microsoft angeboten und sind in dem Microsoft Support-Service-Paket "Microsoft Unified Enterprise Support" enthalten, welches die LHM direkt erworben hat. Der Vertrag wurde für 5 Jahre geschlossen wobei die LHM ein Kündigungsrecht für das 5. Vertragsjahr hat, welches sie rechtzeitig vor Ablauf des 4. Vertragsjahres ausüben kann
