Soft market testing for green car scheme under employee benefits Lot 1: In addition to the Prior Information Notice issued in August 2025, Renfrewshire Council is seeking further information on Green Car Schemes. The Council is keen to know which organisations can: * Supply a Green Car Scheme under an Employee Benefits Scheme * Deliver the Green Car Scheme without the initial monthly outlay by the Council * Provide further information on the contractual details with regards to the Supplier, the Council and its employees. For example, will the Council lease the vehicle on behalf of its employees? Organisations are welcome to add any further information they think would be relevant. Please note this is not a tender exercise, this soft market testing only and will assist the Council in gathering information about the market. Please note Renfrewshire Council will not be liable for any costs/charges associated with responding to this Prior Information Notice.
