Description

The Contracting Authority wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of electronic medicating support systems for Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Råde, Våler, Frogn, Ås, Rælingen and New Moss municipalities. Click here: https://permalink.mercell.com/103993625.aspx The contract includes the delivery of electronic medication support systems(medicines dispenser system) that notifies the user on when to take the medicine, that notifies if the medicine is not taken, or in case of errors/operations messages. The system is not divided into groups or categories. Each competition will have information on what type of products are to be delivered, and tenderers must themselves assess whether they can meet the requirements in the procurement in such a way that they can submit a tender. The contracting authority can choose to split the procurement in each competition into groups/categories if it is deemed appropriate.
