KK - Framework agreement - painting services for Kristiansund Municipality

Description

Kristiansund Municipality seeks to establish a framework agreement with 3 tenderers of painting services for painting, wallpapering and floor work. This includes the renovation of existing buildings and smaller new constructions. The contract will cover the contracting authority's ongoing needs. With regards to major renovations/new construction, it is to be expected that Kristiansund Municipality will collect tenders for individual works. The procurement's contract value/volume is estimated to be NOK 2,000,000 a year, but this contract can be used up to NOK 4,000,000. The size of the contract will nevertheless be dependent on municipal funding. The contracting authority is in no way obliged to procure services for the above-mentioned sum. The contract period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the contract, subject to the same terms, for up to 1+1 year, so that the total possible length of the contract is 4 years. The option will be taken up automatically. If the contracting authority does not want to take up the option, written notification must be given a minimum of 2 months before it comes into force.
