SPPD – Commercial Adviser Services for Glasgow Office Project

Scottish Government is seeking to contract an advisor to undertake a detailed options appraisal and HM Treasury compliant Outline Business Case to inform a preferred estate solution for its consolidated Glasgow office requirement. Lot 1: The supplier will produce a comprehensive options appraisal and an outline business case report to HM Treasury Green Book standards confirming the viable estate options appraised against the project requirements, including solutions from existing leased premises, landlord pre-refurbished options and single new building solutions, including different funding structures where appropriate.
