Description

Appointment of a suitably qualified consultancy to undertake a comprehensive estate condition survey and Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) asset register across Aston University's Birmingham campus, including condition assessment, asset identification, risk analysis and structured reporting outputs to support estate management, compliance and capital planning. Lot 1: The procurement relates to the appointment of a consultancy to deliver an estate-wide condition survey and a Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) asset register across Aston University's Birmingham campus. The condition survey element includes assessment of building fabric and services, identifying condition, risks and backlog maintenance requirements. The asset register element includes identification and recording of key Mechanical and Electrical building services assets to support lifecycle planning and compliance. The contract was awarded following a mini-competition under the Procure Partnerships Framework in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
