21/1353 — Job Proficiency Follow-up Rogaland

Description

NAV Rogaland will procure the follow-up measure ‘Jobbmestrende oppfølging’ (JMO [‘Jobb Proficiency Follow-Up’ (JPF)]. The purpose is to give the individual participants individually facilitated follow-up assistance necessary to obtain or retain regular paid work. The measure Job proficiency follow-up and health service/treatment must support each other and be perceived as unified. Relevant participants are persons with serious mental health problems, who want to get and/or return to work. Persons will psychotic disorders will be prioritised. Admission to the measure will be through NAV in consultation with the specialist health service. The participants will have different individual needs and can include persons with both moderate and comprehensive assistance requirements to obtain or retain work. The anticipated need is 20-30 parallel labour market programme places at any given time. Lot JMO Tjenesteområde 2: Job Proficiency Follow-Up Service Area 2 Service Area 2 Midt-Rogaland: includes the municipalities of Stavanger, Sola, Randaberg, Hjelmeland, Strand, Sandnes, Gjesdal, Klepp, Time. The delivery location is required to be centrally located in Stavanger or Sandnes with proximity to public transport. The anticipated need is 60-70 parallel labour market measure places at any given time. Lot JMO Tjenesteområde 3: Job Proficiency Follow-Up Service Area 3 Service area 3 Sør-Rogaland: includes the municipalities of Lund, Eigersund, Sokndal, Bjerkreim and Hå. The delivery location is required to be centrally located in Egersund and with proximity to public transport. The anticipated need is 20-30 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
