Lift-maintenance services

Description

Warrington Borough Council (the Council) invites you to bid for the provision of the maintenance, repair, emergency breakdown, removal, refurbishment, storage, re-installation and fast-track installation of stair-lifts, step lifts, vertical lifts, ceiling track hoists and mobile hoists in residential properties within Warrington. This is broken down to 2 lots: Lot 1 — Lifts; this covers the above for stair lifts, step lifts and vertical lifts. Lot 2 — Hoists; as above but for ceiling track hoists and mobile hoists. You are invited to bid for 1 or both lots. It is considered likely that 1 engineer employed by the current provider will be transferred by TUPE to the new provider.
