Description
This is crucial, as the heating infrastructure has reached its end of life. The Trust requires a feasibility study that will only proceed to RIBA Stage 4. Lot 1: Production of a feasibility study, based on previous work undertaken for PSDS4 and design work for implementation of a change to air source heat pumps (ASHPs) from the existing gas fired boiler and water heaters within Block 32.
