Repair and maintenance services

Description

The works comprise the routine cleaning of gutters and roof inspection and reporting works for a 1-year period. As part of the contract, contractors will also be required to carry out roof anchor inspections providing all reports to the client. There is an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 4 years. It is Dalmuir Park Housing Association's intention to enter into a contract with a single main contractor for the provision of their gutter cleaning services, roof inspections and roof anchor maintenance to all of their stock throughout the Dalmuir area of Glasgow. The contract duration is 1-year with an option to extend the contract for any further variable periods up to a maximum of 4 years. Extension of the contract will be subject to satisfactory quarterly reviews of the contractor’s performance by the Association. A set of key performance indicators to which the contractor must perform will be included within the contract.
