Die IHK-Akademie Schwaben plant die Beschaffung einer Lernfabrik Industrie 4.0 für die Durchführung von Schulungen. Mit der Lernfabrik Industrie 4.0 sollen Schulung an aktuellen Siemens S7 SPS Systemen in Verbindung mit Sensorik (induktiv, kapazitiv, infrarot und Ultraschall) und Aktorik (Pneumatisch, Elektropneumatisch und Hydraulisch) durchgeführt werden. Neben der Hardware ist für die Simulation einer vollautomatische Produktion im Sinne von Industrie 4.0 ein MES bzw. ein ERP System zur Materialbedarfsplanung und Steuerung der Ressourcen und Betriebsmittel sowie ein Online- Shop erforderlich.
