Provision of experts services in support of SEAI’s Research and Policy Insights Directorate

This is a prior information notice in relation to the provision of experts services in support of SEAI’s Research and Policy Insights Directorate. SEAI intends to establish a framework of expert service providers to support the ongoing development in the areas of; Sustainable energy policy research and advice; Energy model development and support; Sustainable Energy Finance and programme / policy impact evaluation (including Cost Benefit Analysis); Sustainable Energy Research, Behavioural Science, Experimental Design and Evaluation; Data Gathering and Quality Control; Decarbonised heat; Provision of Support to Public and Professional Bodies (in developing and adopting SEAI Best Practices in the electricity and wind energy sectors). The total estimated value of this framework is €3.5 million ex vat per annum, 4 year total estimated of €14 million ex VAT over the 4 year term. The RFT when published will be divided into lots. The framework will be for a maximum period of 4 years.
