NOCS Energy Centre Plant Replacements

Description

The contract comprises the replacement of three critical plant assets serving the site's heating, cooling and seawater systems. The existing equipment has exceeded, or is approaching the end of, its economic and operational lifespan and requires replacement to maintain system reliability, efficiency and resilience. The works include the removal, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of: One Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) Deaerator located on the Ground Floor of the Energy Centre. One Chilled Water System (CHWS) Pressurisation Unit and associated expansion vessel located on Level 4 of the Energy Centre. One Seawater Boll Filter. The contractor will be responsible for all associated mechanical, electrical and controls integration works necessary to achieve full operational functionality of the replacement plant. ## Contract award
