Procurement of Charging Stations for Chargeable Motor Vehicles Including Back System

Description

Trondheim kommune ved Trondheim parkering (Trondheim Municipality c/o Trondheim Parking), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of charging stations for chargeable motor vehicles including a back system. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can provide a combined and quality assured delivery and operation of the services requested. Lot 1: The procurement includes total delivery of the charging point. The procurement will cover the contracting authority's need for purchasing, establishing and operation of normal, rapid and lighting for chargeable motor vehicles. This includes total responsibility for engineering design, excavation, facilitation of electricity, cabling, foundation, installation of charging station, and completion of charging station and the surrounding area. The contract will cover the Contracting Authority's need for a back system (operating system) for the charging park. This includes the existing and new charging points. The Contracting Authority currently has a collection of approx. 128 chargers. The back system will be a common and uniform back and operating system for the charging station park. The system must be flexible, able to handle the different needs the Contracting Authority will have and be fully developed and ready to be used by contract signing. The tenderer will have full responsibility for the existing charging point being integrated in the new solution. The Contracting Authority will make information about the charging point placement, communication form, model and ID for charger available.
