Crew Transfer Vessels for EnBW wind parks in the Baltic Sea

EnBW has two offshore windfarms in the Baltic Sea: Baltic 1 (B1) and Baltic 2 (B2). There is a need for 3 crew transfer vessels (CTV) to transfer the technicians and cargo to and from the offshore windfarms B1 and B2 on a daily basis. The bidder shall offer 3 CTVs - CTV 1(12 Pax for Baltic 1) - CTV 2 (12 Pax for Baltic 2) - CTV 3 (18 Pax for Baltic 2) is regarded as optional. Whether it will be charted or not will be decided during the tender. Lot 1: CTV1 (B1), 12 Pax For Baltic 1 (B1) there is a need for one Crew transfer vessel (CTV) to transfer the technicians and cargo to and from the offshore windfarms B1 on a daily basis. The bidder shall offer one CTV with 12 Pax for Baltic 1. Start of Charter Period: 01.06.2022 Charter period: 01.06.2022 to 30.09.2022 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023 Option for extension of Charter: 2 years 01.04.2024 to 30.09.2024 01.04.2025 to 30.09.2025 - Base port: Barhöft (~23nm) - Windfarm: Baltic 1. The highest possible lot value: 2,500,000 Euro. Regarding alternative offers: it is possible to make a combined price offer for every lot combination. Lot 2: CTV2 (B2), 12 Pax For Baltic 2 (B2) there is a need for one Crew transfer vessel (CTV) to transfer the technicians and cargo to and from the offshore windfarms B2 on a daily basis. The bidder shall offer one CTV1 with 12 Pax for Baltic 2. Start of Charter Period: 01.06.2022 Charter period: 01.06.2022 to 30.09.2022 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023 Option for extension of Charter: 2 years 01.04.2024 to 30.09.2024 01.04.2025 to 30.09.2025 Base port: Klintholm (~26nm) Windfarm: Baltic 2 The highest possible los value: 2,500,000 Euro. Regarding alternative offers: it is possible to make a combined price offer for every lot combination. Lot 3: CTV3 (B2), 18 Pax For Baltic 2 (B2) there is a need for one Crew transfer vessel (CTV) to transfer the technicians and cargo to and from the offshore windfarms B2 on a daily basis. This CTV is planned to be used all year around. The bidder shall offer one CTV with 18 PAX. This CTV is regarded as optional. Whether it will be charted or not will be decided during the tender. Start of Charter Period: 01.06.2022 - 31.03.2024 Option for extension of Charter ->2 years 01.04.2024 - 31.03.2026. Base port: Klintholm (~26nm) For the Windfarm Baltic 2 The highest possible lot value: 5,700,000 Euro.
