Hire of vessels with crew

Description

TenneT concluded framework agreements with providers of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) for the duration of 2 years. The scope covers the provision of CTVs and the respective crews for transporting industrial personnel and small cargo from nominated harbours to nominated TenneT offshore platforms in the Dutch and German North Sea. The tender was separated into two lots: Lot 1: covers the transport in the Dutch North Sea via CTVs with a minimum economic speed of 24 knots (at 85 % engine power) and minimum 12 PAX capacity. For this lot one framework agreement with one contractor was signed. Lot 2: covers the transport in the German North Sea via CTVs with a minimum economic speed of 20 knots (at 85 % engine power) and 24 PAX capacity. TenneT concluded framework agreements with 3 contractors who are to compete in so-called mini competitions for each actual requirement. Lot 1 covers the transport of industrial personnel and small cargo from/to Dutch harbors to/from offshore platforms mainly in the Dutch North Sea via CTVs with a minimum economic speed of minimum 24 knots (at 85 % engine power) and minimum 12 PAX capacity. Lot 2 covers the transport of industrial personnel and small cargo from/to German harbors to/from offshore platforms in the German North Sea via CTVs with a minimum economic speed of 20 knots (at 85 % engine power) and minimum 24 PAX capacity.
