Vestre Viken HF [Vestre Viken Health Trust] intends to sign a contract with the company Datec AS for the delivery of licenses and support in connection with the planning and calculation tool Jonathan Clean and CleanPilot Plan. The contract will also include user-right and updating of app licenses for the operational tool CleanPilot Go. The procurement represents a cloud-based IT tool for planning, operation and optimisation of cleaning and service assignments in Vestre Viken Health Trust. The planning tool will be used by both cleaners, managers and the various responsible entities in the health trust. The purpose of the procurement is that it should optimise the utilisation of the cleaning resources, as well as set and evaluate the quality with the help of NS INSTA 800. There is an absolute requirement for optimal operation and efficiency, that the system has a solution for fully integrated sensors in the cleaning plan. Furthermore, it is important that the solution has a web-based planning module that makes it possible to define individual assignments with individually defined services. The planning tool must have the possibility of having multiple parallel cleaning plans, and be able to make plans for public holidays and holidays. Furthermore, it is important for optimal operation that one has access to web portals that provide our own management, and our customers, simple and easy access to the delivery, then access to dynamic plans, reports, etc. The tenderer must also have solid professional cleaning competence so that this can assist with uploading of drawing, planning and courses.
