Measured Term Contract (MTC) for Planned & Reactive Servicing & Maintenance to Gas, Oil, Biomass, LPG Boilers inc Associated Parts Lot 1: South Ayrshire Council is undertaking a market scoping exercise, under Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, seeking notes of interest from suitably experienced and resourced Contractors who can deliver Planned and Reactive Servicing & Maintenance to Boilers within non-domestic properties covering a range of heating types including Gas, Electric, Bio-mass and LPG. It is the Council’s intention that the contract will be awarded to one Service Provider who has the capacity and experience to fully service and maintain all of the various elements. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a comprehensive maintenance service across the specified sites, ensuring that the Commercial Boiler plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and compliant condition, with minimal disruption to operations and minimal downtime.
