Hard Facilities Management Services across multiple lots for Public Services Delivery Scotland sites across Scotland. Lot 1: Public Services Delivery (PSD) Scotland is seeking to establish a Hard Facilities contract commencing on 1 April 2027. The estimated annual value of the contract is 1.3 million GBP. PSD Scotland requires the delivery of a fully compliant Hard FM technical service for our sites across mainland Scotland, including full integration with the PSD Scotland CAFM system and the completion of all reporting and compliance requirements on a monthly basis across all directly managed buildings. The Hard FM services may be divided into lots, with the final structure to be determined before the tender stage. A list of PSD Scotland managed buildings and the required services is provided in the ‘Property & Services Form’ document..
