Energy Poverty Programme Framework Prior Information Notice

This is a PIN in relation to establishing a framework of contractors to install energy-efficiency measures under SEAI’s energy poverty programmes nationwide. The energy upgrades will include internal, cavity and external wall insulation, window replacements and heating systems including heat pump and renewable technologies. The estimated total contract budget is approximately €700,000,000 excluding VAT over the entire contract term which will be for a maximum of four years. The estimated budget for the contract will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change. SEAI will be holding workshops in relation to this tender in a number of venues in 2023.The workshops will present the types of services SEAI plans to tender for and answer any questions.
