Vehicle and Plant Hire with Operatives

Description

The Employer has appointed a Contractor to provide the Employer with the hire and operation of plant and machinery with operatives under the direct supervision of the Employer and within the Employer’s boundary. From time to time, operatives may be required to work with the Employer without operating plant and machinery.
