The project involves the refurbishment of an existing shower blockto provide updated, hygienic, accessible, and energy-efficientfacilities. The scope of work includes all necessary demolition, lawful removal and disposal of waste, alteration, and constructionworks, as well as all finishes, mechanical and electricalinstallations, and the final commissioning and handover. TheShowerblock is owned by Llanharan Community Council.
