The British Council is tendering for the development of a Marketing Research Framework. The purpose of this Specification is to set up a global framework agreement (roster) of multiple suitably skilled and qualified research agencies to deliver a range of research services across four lots: (1) qualitative research services, (2) quantitative research services, (3) digital research services and (4) other specialist research services. This is to support requirements of the Marketing Research and Insights function in the British Council which is a part of the wider Marketing function. The key role of the function is to provide timely and accurate marketing research insights so that the business units can respond to the core customer needs appropriately. The British Council regularly works with global, regional, and local market research agencies to gain market, audience, customer, and competitor insights.
