Thenue Housing Association: Measured Term Contract for the provision of servicing and maintenance works for ventilation installations, covering approximately 835Nr residential properties, throughout Glasgow (UK). Thenue Housing Association: Measured Term Contract for Servicing and Reactive Maintenance of Ventilation Installations. The Contract is for an initial 4 year period, which may be extended by a further 1 year, at the discretion of the Employer. Interested parties should return a fully completed ESPD and thereafter 4Nr to 6Nr successful applicants shall be invited to tender for the Works.
