The contracting authority would like to form a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to cover the need for metals for the Norwegian Armed Forces. The system includes all metals. See Annex A - List of needs for a list of the products that are currently purchased by the Contracting Authority. In this stage of the process, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system.
