The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is looking to assess market interest in the Development of two sites in Wester Hailes; Murrayburn Depot and the Former Clovenstone Nursing Home. The Council is considering procurement options for the site in order to identify the most appropriate route to market for the delivery of this opportunity. A feasibility study has shown that the Murrayburn Depot could deliver circa 150 homes, and the Former Clovenstone Nursing Home could deliver between 66 and 115 new homes. A feasibility study has shown that the Murrayburn Depot could deliver circa 150 homes, and the Former Clovenstone Nursing Home could deliver between 66 and 115 new homes. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an opportunity for potential tenderers to participate in finalising the Council’s procurement strategy and gain further insight into the current plans for the sites. Interested parties are invited to register their interest via the notice as well as completing a short market research questionnaire to be completed no later than Monday 9 June 2025.
