This is a prior information notice (PIN) in relation to identifying suitably resourced multi-disciplined customer and business process services providers to support in the delivery of SEAI Programmes. The successful tenderer will be required to partner with SEAI to provide day to day customer and business process support services. Estimated value of the contract is €30 Million over 5 years. The estimated budget for the contract will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change.
