The system must enable independent site management while supporting cross-site selling, visitor traffic management, ticketing, events, and commercial activities. The selected vendor will provide an integrated booking solution that enhances visitor experiences, improves operational efficiency, and supports revenue growth. Key requirements include multi-channel sales (online, onsite, trade partners), API connectivity for reseller integration, reporting tools, customer relationship management (CRM), and support for gift vouchers and retail add-ons.
