Consultancy Services for the Development of the IDP Strategic Plan 2026–2030

Description

The Board of Inishowen Development Partnership (IDP) is seeking to commission suitably qualified consultants to support IDP in developing a new strategic plan for the period 2026–2030. Building upon the existing IDP Strategic Plan (2021), the objective is to ensure that IDP’s vision, mission and key strategic goals align with current needs, emerging trends, policy contexts and new developments across Ireland and Europe. IDP requires that the successful tenderer will undertake a review of the previous strategy and workplans — progress made, successes, challenges — and use this to inform the process and the consultations. Having developed a methodology for this work, the successful tenderer will scope existing approaches that are working well, what needs to change or adapt and highlight new opportunities or areas of work. While facilitating broad consultation with Board members, staff, community groups, target group individuals, funders and key external stakeholders, you will review mission, vision and values and to identify key strategic objectives.
