The City of Westminster (the "Authority") has completed a competitive procurement process to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced specialist geotechnical consultant to undertake ground investigation works at Lilestone Street as part of the Lisson Grove Programme.Following evaluation of submissions, a consultant has been selected to carry out geotechnical and geo-environmental investigations to establish detailed information on ground conditions, groundwater levels, and associated constraints. The outputs of these investigations will inform the preparation of a Basement Impact Assessment (BIA) in support of a forthcoming planning application and provide a robust evidence base for structural design development, construction risk management, and cost certainty across the scheme.The Authority is now proceeding with the award of the contract to the successful bidder following completion of the procurement process undertaken through a below-threshold open procedure. ## Contract award Title: Lisson Grove Programme – Lilestone Street – Geotechnical Survey
