Masts for platform lighting

Description

Banedanmark, who develops and operates the majority of the railway network in Denmark, wants to enter into a new contract for the supply of "masts for platform lighting", primarily for already planned projects, with the option to purchase on framework agreement terms for future projects. The masts are 320 cm tall, with one or two attachment points for light fittings, and a built-in speaker/space for a speaker. See attached draft requirements specification. The tenderer must expect to be able to document ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 certification. We expect to need 123 masts by march 2024 and 210 by may 2024, with more orders to follow. We wish to receive inquiries from interested bidders to clarify our needs and wishes with the market's opportunities and concerns, and to increase our understanding of cost drivers, production times and other relevant factors. Time has initially been set aside on 26 May 2023 for dialogue meetings. Banedanmark reserves the right to add dates and/or limit the number of meetings held based on the tenderer's references regarding delivery to European railways.
