Visma to cloud; Visma Enterprise Pluss

Description

The project involves upgrading from Visma Enterprise to Visma Enterprise Plus on Visma's cloud solution. Visma is no longer updating local installations with new functionality and improvements. Local installations will therefore be outdated and will not provide the functionality needed by Rana municipality. As a result of a significant increase in cybercrime over the past year, Rana municipality must implement measures to secure our systems and the decision-making basis in addition to delivering secure services. Moving from the local version of Visma to Visma on the cloud will significantly increase security. Lot 1: The basis for the award of the contract without a call for tenders is pursuant to the PPR § 28-1, (C) 1 and 2. It is assumed that upgrades are permitted without holding a new tender contest where the overall character of the procurement is not significantly changed and where changing the tenderer would entail significant additional costs for Rana municipality. Based on this, the upgrade is being announced as a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice, cf. the PPR § 21-5. The contract period is 2 years, with an option for 1 + 1 year. The estimated value of the contract including options is NOK 11,000,000 excluding VAT. This contract will be entered into no earlier than 25.04.2023.
