INSS consists of Askvoll, Aurland, Bremanger, Fjaler, Gulen, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Kinn, Luster, Lærdal, Sogndal, Stad, Stryn, Vik and Årdal Municipalities. Through this procurement, INSS would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for office supplies, copy paper, school supplies and toner. The purpose of this contest is to ensure through this agreement that the contracting authority has good access to products that are included in this category, with the right environmental profile and at the right price. Based on the previous agreement, there was a total annual turnover of approximately NOK 4.3 million in 2021. The scope of the contract is uncertain and neither INSS or the municipalities have any purchase obligation as regards the volume of this procurement. The contract will be entered into based on the attached draft Framework Agreement. The contract will be valid for two years with an option for a further 1+1 year.
