Review of materials supplier and invitation to tender for the supply of building materials and supplies

Yarlington currently spends in excess of £1m each year on building materials to maintain our residents' homes and we seek to set up a long term supply agreement with an organisation that wants to work with us, in partnership, to improve performance, productivity and overall cost effectiveness through effective building material supply chain management. Yarlington seek the right supplier(s) that will help us to maintain and continue to efficiently deliver: 1.1.1 35,000 repairs per annum 1.1.2 attend over 1000 out of hours jobs each year 1.1.3 an expanding service offer to the wider community3.3 There are two LOTS available in this tender and you can bid for one LOT or both LOTS - LOT 1 (Building Materials) consists of all plumbing, carpentry, masonry, decorating, cleaning, PPE and Sundry items. LOT 2 (Heating) consists of all heating materials and spares.
