Pre-Market Engagement (PME) for PITSM Requirements

Description

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to gather interest and information from the market for the requirements described in Section 6 in the PME document. The Council wishes to test the market for a single, cloud-hosted solution, including indicative costs and available options. This PME will help the Council understand potential ITSM replacement solutions capable of supporting services and functions across the Council. This PME will assist the Council to examine the key issues that relate to the requirements and to refine our approach and decision-making process to any future tender exercise that may take place.
