Torfaen County Borough Council recognise the need for a digital solution to reroute all rounds for a new waste collection service profile. This will improve service delivery and make the rounds more efficient.The Council are looking for service providers that can deliver the following:- A system that can interface with Microsoft, Telematics & My Council Services.- Software system which can be used in-house to reroute all waste collection routesNew routes will include the following rounds:• Refuse Collection• Recycling Collection• Green waste collection- The technology must be compatible with any new systems.
