Heriot Primary School, Boiler House and Heating Replacement

Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a contractor to carry out the strip out of all main plant in the Boilerhouse, Heating Pipes and Radiators at Heriot Primary School. The Contractor will replace boilers, gas-fired water heater and boiler house equipment and will be required to completely replace all school heating pipework and radiators. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a sole Contractor to carry out the strip out and installation work for Heriot Primary School, Boiler House and Heating System. The Contractor is required to fully complete the work during the summer holidays in 2026. The Contractor must start on site on 1st July 2026 and the work must fully be completed by 13th August 2026.
