Description
This Chest Adobe ETLA Agreement contract was contracted following a mini-competition amongst all suppliers upon Lot 2A of the Software License Resellers Agreement (SLRA), let by SUPC. 2 bids were received. This is very much a "pass through" requirement. The successful reseller will only be required to accept the orders from Jisc, place corresponding orders with Adobe, invoice Jisc and pay Adobe. No other value add is expected, there will be no requirement to interact with institutions that are part of the agreement on either a pre- or post-sales basis. Efficiency of transaction handling is the key, we cannot afford any risk to institutions access to software and any corresponding services.
