JFK Beckton SEND New Build PCSA

Description

Expansion of JFK Beckton School to create a further 4 Classrooms, ancillary spaces and to provide temporary accommodation for the main school reception plus staffroom facilities. The school is part of the Learning in Harmony Trust to create a further 40 places for secondary aged pupils and sixth form places for children and young people with complex autism. The project has been procured as a Two Stage Design and Build Tender. The First Stage tender provides a Pre-Construction Services Agreement on a fixed price. This is in order to develop and manage the design up to and including Stage Two of this procurement process.
