Contract award- Trade services within the glazier profession

Description

The contest is for trade services and materials within the glazier profession. Lot 1: The contracting authority will enter into framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers that will be ranked in accordance with the award criteria in the applicable tender contest. If one of the framework agreement tenderers leaves during the contract period, the lower ranked tenderers will automatically move up in the rankings. Assignments with estimated value under NOK 300,000 excluding VAT: Requests for delivery are directed to the highest ranked supplier. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have available capacity, the request will be directed to the next highest ranked tenderer. If this tenderer also doesn't have available capacity, the request will be directed to the third highest ranked tenderer. Assignments with estimated value over NOK 300,000 excluding VAT: For assignments with an estimated value over NOK 300,000 excluding VAT the assignments will be awarded after mini-contests with all 3 of the framework agreement suppliers. The award of assignments in mini-contests will be given to the most economically advantageous tender based on one or more of the following criteria: - Price - Competence/experience - Time for completed assignments The criteria that will apply to the relevant mini-contest, and the weighting of these, will be stated in the tender invitation to the mini-contest. When submitting tenders in mini-contests, tenderers will be bound by hourly price and mark-up stated in the framework agreement, unless the contracting authority in the relevant mini-contests requests a fixed price for the assignment. The contracts will apply for assignments with an estimated value of up to NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. For assignments with an estimated value above NOK 500,000 excluding VAT, it is optional to use the contract. NB! The contracting authority retains the right to utilise other service providers for special restoration projects.
