Description
Medstead Parish Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor through a competitive quotation exercise to extend the existing car park at Medstead Village Hall, Roe Downs Road, Medstead Hampshire GU34 5LG. The works will include:- • Clearance of shrubs, small trees and undergrowth to include removal of all waste; • Excavation of area as necessary and removal of all waste spoil; • To supply and lay approx. 650m2 of CORE TRP no dig system or similar, all to the manufacturer's instructions with part grass and part gravel finish; • Planting of hedging alongside one boundary of extended car park. Medstead Parish Council expect the site to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for immediate use and for all relevant Health & Safety legislation and guidance to be followed.
