Description

The requirements of this commission are to provide independent consultancy advice to develop a technical specification that WCC will use to procure a PPM and repairs contractor for our new build developments that contain components that are not within our existing contract specifications. This commission will require the following activities to develop a robust specification to inform the procurement planned for our new assets. We are seeking best professional advice about Component Life Cycles, Replacement and upgrade schedules and planned preventative maintenance. This advice will form part of Employer's Requirements for future design and build new build contracts.
