The Housing Agency has two separate activities which each require Asset Security and Maintenance Services. The first activity is the acquisition of vacant properties and will require ‘Keyholding - Property Management Services’. The Housing Agency is tasked to acquire suitable properties nationwide for social and other housing and to assist with the provision of emergency accommodation. On occasion the Housing Agency does not have an end user confirmed when an acquisition completes. In these circumstances the Housing Agency requires keyholding and property management services on a nationwide basis. Additionally, The Housing Agency currently holds 76 sites in its ownership located in nineteen counties. These sites were transferred into Agency’s ownership under the terms of the Land Aggregation Scheme (LAGS) and from former National Building Agency and are managed by the Housing Agency.
