Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to appoint a number of contractors to provide the Sale of Ice Creams and Pre Packaged Soft Drinks within the parks within the Borough of Dudley under concessionary contracts. The appointment will be by way of Request for Quotation via the Open Route, each park is assigned a Lot number. This procurement is split into 11 Lots : Lot 1 Himley Hall and Park Lot 2 Mary Stevens Park Lot 3 Wordsley Park Lot 4 Silver Jubilee Park Lot 5 The Dell Athletics Stadium and playing fields Lot 6 Huntingtree Park Lot 7 Wollescote Park Lot 8 Buffery Park Lot 9 Kingswinford Park Lot 10 Priory Park Lot 11 Leasowes Park When bidding for this contract the pricing schedule will require you to specify the number of vehicles you have available to participate in the tender. Please only bid for the number of Lots that you have vehicles for. • For example if you have 2 vehicles then please only quote on 2 Lots.
